Customer Service Associate – German Automotive Account (Level 1)

About the role

Join Bosch as a Customer Service Associate supporting the German Automotive Account. You will handle inbound calls, assist vehicle owners with their subscriptions, and provide technical support for Connected Drive services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent phone‑based customer service to vehicle owners according to the assigned package.
• Assist with account and subscription inquiries, including refunds, enrollments, changes, updates, and credential management.
• Support police calls when a vehicle is reported stolen, following established protocols.
• Guide customers on Connected Drive features such as remote unlock, app purchases, mobile‑phone pairing, and account setup.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in interactions with colleagues, team leads, and operations managers.
• Perform additional duties related to the position as required.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers and various software systems.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, dispatch, or a call‑center setting is preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts, holidays, and on‑site.
