Client Success Agent / Community Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Client Success Agent who will also act as a Community Manager. In this remote, full‑time position you will be the voice of the brand, engaging with customers on Google and Meta platforms and helping grow an active online community.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer reviews and comments on Google Business Profile and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• Engage with potential clients to expand the social media community.
• Create and publish engaging content across social channels.
• Monitor social media trends and relevant conversations.
• Provide timely customer support and resolve inquiries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or community management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑centric, empathetic, and proactive attitude.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.

Required skills

• Google Business Profile
• Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram)
• Social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer
