About the role
The Client Care Representative I provides front‑line support to customers across multiple communication channels. You will ensure client inquiries are handled efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with inquiries and requests via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
- Review, validate, and process client documents such as identification and account proofs.
- Coordinate with support teams, including workforce managers, to deliver timely service.
- Endorse requests for further action or approval when necessary.
- Adhere to internal policies, operational guidelines, and process‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Effective listening and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to detect, define, and resolve issues with appropriate solutions.
- Collaborative mindset, working efficiently with peers and supervisors.
- Commitment to compliance with company policies and procedures.
