About the role

The Client Care Representative I provides front‑line support to customers across multiple communication channels. You will ensure client inquiries are handled efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist clients with inquiries and requests via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
  • Review, validate, and process client documents such as identification and account proofs.
  • Coordinate with support teams, including workforce managers, to deliver timely service.
  • Endorse requests for further action or approval when necessary.
  • Adhere to internal policies, operational guidelines, and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Effective listening and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to detect, define, and resolve issues with appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset, working efficiently with peers and supervisors.
