Cash Accounting Analyst – Hybrid Role

About the role

The Cash Accounting Analyst joins Kenvue's global Finance Operations team to ensure accurate reporting of bank balances, foreign‑currency transactions, and hedging activities. Working in a hybrid setting in Taguig, the analyst supports both regional and global finance processes while maintaining strong internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Process Owner and Subject Matter Expert for cash and bank accounting processes.
• Perform and review cash transactions, balance‑sheet reconciliations, and journal entries for bank and hedge activities.
• Execute foreign‑currency revaluation and maintain monthly reconciliation schedules.
• Ensure timely period close in line with the closing calendar, SLA commitments, and compliance requirements (SOX, internal audit).
• Maintain robust internal controls and prepare for internal and external audits.
• Drive standardized process improvements and support continuous‑improvement initiatives aligned with global standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial reporting, general accounting, or intercompany accounting.
• Strong analytical abilities, high attention to detail, and a compliance‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work night‑shift schedules to support LATAM markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
