Business Relationship Officer

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer supports the Business Center in achieving its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. Working closely with the Business Relationship Manager, you will help drive sales performance and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Business Relationship Manager in meeting sales goals and targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan documentation.
• Develop and execute sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Support account acquisition and cross‑selling initiatives for YGC products.
• Maintain accurate records of sales actions and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related program.
• Experience or strong aptitude for working in a sales and banking environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and apply learned tools in a leadership context.
• Knowledge of risk‑management controls and banking policies.
• Working knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, and account management.
