About the role
The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. Based in Diliman, the role works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance and expand the retail banking footprint.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and ensure accurate recording of action plans.
- Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
- Support account acquisition and cross‑selling initiatives for YGC products.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related program.
- Ability to thrive in a sales and banking environment and adapt to changing conditions.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning, risk‑management controls, and credit evaluation.
- Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and product offerings.
