About the role

The Business Development Specialist will drive client acquisition and partnership growth for the agency, focusing on brand accounts across target industries. This role blends strategic prospecting, proposal creation, and contract negotiation to secure long‑term collaborations.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close new brand accounts to expand the agency’s client portfolio.
  • Develop data‑driven partnership proposals and presentations aligned with prospective clients’ marketing objectives.
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiate contracts, and define pricing structures for profitable, long‑term brand collaborations.
  • Secure brand sponsorships for corporate events, creator campaigns, and large‑scale promotional initiatives.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor landscapes to uncover new market opportunities.
  • Oversee transition of newly acquired brands from pitch to active client status, maximizing lifetime value.
  • Match brand partners with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)/Creators to drive ROI, engagement, and sales.
  • Leverage networking events, workshops, and campaigns to pitch and close prospective brand partners.
  • Ensure seamless execution of sponsorships and deliver promised brand visibility and ROI.
  • Track and present post‑campaign metrics to secure reinvestment.
  • Collaborate with internal KOL and Strategy teams to exceed client expectations.
  • Channel market feedback and client objections to refine business development strategies.
