About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive Hiessēnce’s growth by expanding its retail footprint, securing premium mall locations, and building B2B partnerships across the Philippines. You will lead site acquisition, negotiate leases, and develop commercial sales pipelines while ensuring brand standards are upheld in every store.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and secure premium retail locations, kiosks, and stores in strategic malls and commercial areas.
  • Build and maintain relationships with mall leasing teams, property developers, landlords, and commercial partners.
  • Evaluate new sites based on foot traffic, demographics, profitability, and brand positioning.
  • Negotiate lease terms, commercial agreements, and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a nationwide retail expansion roadmap.
  • Lead B2B sales efforts, prospecting corporate clients such as hotels, offices, developers, retail chains, spas, and wellness centers.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and scent‑solution consultations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Represent Hiessēnce at meetings, exhibitions, and business events, delivering professional product demonstrations.
  • Train retail sales consultants and store teams on product knowledge, customer service, and brand standards.
  • Monitor sales performance, expansion KPIs, and market opportunities, reporting directly to the CEO and COO.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Entrepreneurship or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in retail expansion, business development, sales, or commercial leasing.
  • Strong network within premium malls, commercial properties, and the retail industry (preferred).
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
  • Proven experience handling B2B sales and corporate accounts.
  • Leadership and training capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
