About the role
Globe is seeking a Business Development Expert to drive growth by engaging prospective customers, building strong partner relationships, and ensuring successful project implementation. This role plays a key part in delivering Globe’s mission of creating a wonderful world for people, business, and the nation.
Key responsibilities
- Engage prospective customers through phone and email, delivering a strong first impression.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure clear communication and smooth hand‑offs.
- Demonstrate deep product, competitor, and industry knowledge to overcome objections.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve and optimise sales processes.
- Build and sustain relationships with partners, including villages, HOAs, LGUs, barangays, and schools, to grow the business.
- Ensure proper implementation of projects and programs, achieving area revenue targets and utilisation of broadband facilities.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to present product knowledge and handle customer objections.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of sales processes.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as Account Executives.
