About the role
The Branch Manager – Sales will lead the Business Center’s sales efforts in the Buendia area, driving volume targets through new account acquisition and cross‑selling of YGC banking products. This role is based on‑site at locations such as Baclaran, Moonwalk or Sucat Business Center and reports to the Retail Banking Group.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Business Center’s sales plan in line with Retail Banking Group objectives.
- Identify and acquire new corporate and individual accounts, expanding the customer base.
- Cross‑sell YGC financial products to existing clients to meet volume targets.
- Maintain strong, timely relationships with clients to ensure their financial needs are met.
- Collaborate with internal business units to deliver seamless service.
Required profile
- Team‑player with a passion for banking and relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related discipline.
- Proven ability in strategic planning, management and financial management.
