Branch Head – Banking Operations & Marketing

About the role

BDO Network Bank is seeking a dynamic Branch Head to lead one of its Pampanga locations. The role combines profitability management, marketing, operations, and client relationship development to drive the branch’s success.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and promote appropriate banking products and services to meet fund generation, credit, and profitability targets.
• Oversee daily branch servicing, including over‑the‑counter transactions and ATM operations.
• Manage overall branch profitability, marketing initiatives, operational efficiency, and administrative functions.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (four‑year or five‑year program).
• Minimum of 5 years experience in branch operations and marketing.
• Strong managerial capabilities and ability to implement effective marketing strategies.
• Willingness to work in Sta. Ana, Macabebe, or Angeles City within the covered area.
