Associate Software Engineer – Java

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Software Engineer to join Infor’s M3 BE Manufacturing team in Manila. The role focuses on developing, maintaining and supporting the M3 Manufacturing solution, collaborating closely with Business Analysts, QA Engineers and other development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain functionality within the M3 Manufacturing product area.
• Investigate and resolve product defects, customer‑reported issues and support incidents.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers and other development teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Participate in the design, development and maintenance of AI‑driven capabilities and agents.
• Write clean, efficient and maintainable code following established standards and best practices.
• Perform unit testing and support end‑to‑end testing activities to ensure product quality.

Required profile

• Experience with Java development and object‑oriented programming principles.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle processes and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL query languages.
• Proficiency using version control systems such as Git.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to learn complex business processes and enterprise software applications.
