About the role
Quebal Law Office is looking for a full‑time Associate Lawyer to join its Quezon City office. The successful candidate will provide legal advice, draft pleadings and other documents, conduct thorough legal research, and represent clients in court hearings while upholding the firm’s high ethical standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to understand case facts and objectives.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and court submissions with minimal AI assistance.
- Perform legal research using specialized tools and software.
- Prepare and present legal arguments in court proceedings.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers to develop case strategies.
- Manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations.
Required profile
- Resident of Quezon City or willing to relocate.
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
- Admission to the Philippine Bar with a valid practicing license.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle several cases simultaneously with attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with legal research tools and software.
- Expertise in drafting pleadings and legal documents.
- Experience preparing legal arguments and representing clients in court.
