About the role
The Assistant Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, market share and business growth. Working closely with senior marketing leaders, the role combines strategic planning, campaign management and brand stewardship across both online and offline channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyse competition and monitor market trends.
- Set marketing objectives, budgets and key performance indicators.
- Plan, execute and manage multi‑channel marketing campaigns, creating persuasive content and overseeing budget allocation.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
- Track brand performance metrics and interpret market statistics.
- Manage the marketing budget to optimise resource allocation and ROI.
Required profile
- Graduate of a Marketing-related program.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industries such as retail, distribution, FMCG, food & beverage or similar.
- Proven experience in e‑commerce marketing.
- Strong aesthetic sense and ability to uphold brand standards.
