About the role
We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join a remote team that supports an electrical repair and maintenance service provider. The role focuses on driving sales by booking leads, following up on unsold estimates, and coordinating technician dispatches. Both outbound and inbound calls are required after training, with a commission structure tied to sold estimates.
Key responsibilities
- Book leads generated by marketing efforts.
- Follow up with customers on estimates that have not yet been sold.
- Dispatch technicians to scheduled jobs.
- Make outbound calls to secure appointments.
- Handle inbound calls once trained.
Required profile
- Strong sales orientation and clear phone communication.
- Native‑level English speaking ability.
- Motivated, goal‑driven and able to adapt to new systems.
- Professional demeanor and pleasant phone presence.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Service Titan.
What we offer
- Full‑time remote position (9‑5 PST).
- Payment in USD or local currency, based on candidate preference.
- Commission plan for each sold estimate.
