Amazon Account Manager – E‑commerce Gourmet Brand

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Amazon Account Manager to join a fast‑growing e‑commerce business that sells premium Italian gourmet products. The role will focus on daily Amazon Seller Central operations, driving sales growth and enhancing the brand’s presence across Amazon and other marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimise product listings – titles, bullet points, descriptions, images and keywords.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and implement continuous improvements.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, pricing strategies and Amazon PPC advertising.
• Manage inventory forecasting, stock replenishment and order‑fulfilment logistics.
• Handle customer service enquiries, reviews and feedback on Amazon.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Amazon policies, algorithm changes and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics and creative teams to align on brand goals.
• Produce A+ content, infographics and other enhanced brand assets.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and managing end‑to‑end Amazon operations.
• Strong understanding of Amazon ranking factors, algorithms and advertising.
• Background in digital marketing, SEO or PPC is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
