Amazon Account Manager – E‑commerce Gourmet Brand

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Amazon Account Manager to drive growth for a premium Italian gourmet brand across Amazon and other marketplaces. You will own the day‑to‑day operations, optimise product listings and ensure the brand’s presence is compelling and profitable.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimise Amazon listings – titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords and A+ content.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and implement continuous improvements.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, pricing strategies and Amazon PPC advertising.
• Manage inventory forecasting, replenishment and coordinate with logistics.
• Handle customer service inquiries, reviews and feedback on Amazon.
• Stay current with Amazon policies, algorithm updates and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative and logistics teams to align on brand goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and optimizing Amazon operations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
