About the role
We are looking for an AI Support & Enablement Specialist to join Lean Solutions Group in Makati City. In this role you will help our clients and internal teams adopt and effectively use AI technologies, ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support for AI applications and platforms, troubleshooting issues and guiding users.
- Enable teams by delivering training, documentation, and best‑practice guidance on AI tools.
- Collaborate with AI engineering teams to integrate solutions and improve system reliability.
- Monitor AI system performance and report incidents to maintain high availability.
Required profile
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence and its practical deployment.
- Excellent communication skills to assist users with varying technical backgrounds.
- Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Required skills
- Experience with AI platforms or tools.
