AI Content Strategist

About the role

We are looking for an AI Content Strategist to design and deliver B2B content strategies that perform across traditional search and AI‑driven discovery environments. The role operates within a marketing‑as‑a‑service model, working closely with client teams to align content with business objectives and emerging AI search behaviors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop B2B content strategies, blueprints, and content maps for ABM, demand generation, and lead generation initiatives, embedding Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) throughout.
• Conduct comprehensive content audits and gap analyses to identify optimization, conversion, and engagement opportunities.
• Design frameworks for high‑impact assets such as whitepapers, reports, blogs, and pillar pages, ensuring they support AI retrieval, summarization, and citation.
• Partner with SEO teams, AI Content Specialists, and client stakeholders to align strategies with audience intent and AI search behavior.
• Assess client content creation workflows, pinpoint bottlenecks, and recommend AI‑assisted automation to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of B2B marketing objectives and AI‑enhanced search ecosystems.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including SEO, product, and client leadership.
• Ability to translate audience intent and question‑based discovery into actionable content plans.
• Comfort working in US business hours to support real‑time collaboration with North American clients.
