Accounting Manager (CPA) – Hybrid, Full‑Time

About the role

CloudCFO is seeking a dynamic Accounting Manager with a CPA qualification to lead its accounting function in the Philippines. The role combines hands‑on financial reporting with team leadership, supporting the company’s mission to empower business owners through innovative cloud‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with PFRS and local regulations.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll processing.
• Manage tax computation and statutory filings, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Mentor and coach Accounting Associates, monitor KPIs, and drive performance improvements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing cost‑control recommendations.
• Maintain internal controls, update process documentation, and conduct internal audits.

Required profile

• CPA or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, tax compliance and accounting operations.
• Strong knowledge of PFRS and Philippine regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a small accounting team.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
