About the role
We are looking for a full-time Account Manager to join our Cebu office. In this role you will build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs and deliver solutions that drive satisfaction and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure their ongoing success.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services and resolve issues.
- Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports and present insights.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion.
- Collaborate proactively with colleagues and solve problems efficiently.
Required profile
- Proven experience in client relations, account management or customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Project-management and organisational skills.
- Ability to analyse data and turn it into actionable recommendations.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented and capable of decision-making.
- College graduate of any discipline; knowledge of the Cebu market is a plus.
