SEO Specialist – Remote

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a detail‑oriented SEO Specialist to create and optimise high‑quality, location‑based landing pages for dealership clients. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with industry‑leading SEO tools while contributing to a collaborative, inclusive team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and publish 10+ landing pages per hour using Search Atlas and other SEO platforms.
• Apply standardised SEO templates, on‑page structure, schema markup and internal linking.
• Optimise H1/H2 headers, meta titles/descriptions, FAQs and internal links.
• Incorporate local relevance elements such as maps, NAP data and regional details.
• Track progress and deliverables in Monday.com and maintain organized files in Google Drive.
• Collaborate with the SEO Lead to review page quality, performance metrics and improvement opportunities.
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes (E‑E‑A‑T, AEO) and internal best practices.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in SEO content production or on‑page optimisation (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Reliable internet connection and capacity to meet daily production goals in a fast‑paced remote environment.
