SAP Security and Compliance Senior Consultant

About the role

EY GDS Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead SAP Security and Compliance engagements. You will work with clients and internal teams to design, implement, and maintain robust security controls across SAP environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality client services, managing expectations and timelines.
• Collaborate with SAP architects and administrators to design role‑based access controls, authorization profiles, and user provisioning processes.
• Conduct security assessments and audits of SAP systems, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending improvements.
• Develop, enforce, and continuously update SAP security policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Provide expert guidance on security policy development and regulatory compliance.
• Support business development, account management, and team mentorship activities.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in SAP Application Security and GRC technology.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities for complex security challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with business clients and onsite teams.
• Experience guiding junior staff and contributing to recruitment and performance reviews.
