Revit Architect – BIM Modeling & Design (Makati)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Licensed Architect with strong Revit expertise to join our Architectural Solutions firm in Makati. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality BIM models, technical documentation, and 3D visualisations for complex international projects while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute architectural tasks with limited supervision, producing advanced models and detailed documentation.
• Conduct quality‑assurance reviews to ensure deliverables meet technical and design standards.
• Enforce BIM standards across project deliverables and mentor junior architects.
• Provide regular progress updates and meet deadlines for individual and team tasks.
• Take ownership of complex project components, aligning them with project objectives and design intent.

Required profile

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
• Registered Architect license.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the same industry.
• Strong understanding of Australian Standards and ability to lead client coordination meetings.

Required skills

• Proficient in Revit (3+ years) and SketchUp.
• Experience with MS Office and project management tools.
• Strong BIM coordination and documentation skills.
• Bonus: experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud.
