Relationship Manager - Wealth Management

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Wealth Management will be responsible for acquiring new high‑net‑worth clients and deepening relationships with existing ones. The role focuses on growing assets under management, generating revenue, and delivering tailored financial advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Solicit and acquire new high‑net‑worth accounts while expanding existing relationships.
• Generate targeted sales volume and assets under management (AUM) for the bank.
• Conduct regular client calls and visits to assess investment needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop client investment profiles, recommend appropriate products, and provide market updates.
• Ensure all client information is up‑to‑date and compliant with KYC, AMLA, and BSP regulations.
• Coach Relationship Associates to effectively market bank products.
• Coordinate with internal bank units and affiliated companies to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• Team player with strong confidence in client interactions.
• Minimum four‑year degree in a business‑related field.
• Preferably fluent in Chinese.
