Operations Analyst / Case Manager (Mid-level)

About the role

Jumpstart Immigration is seeking a mid‑level Operations Analyst/Case Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients pursuing U.S. visas and green cards. You will guide clients from onboarding through the final petition, ensuring a smooth, data‑driven immigration journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding sessions, welcome new clients, and outline next steps.
• Analyze client profiles to design optimal visa‑application strategies.
• Collect, organize, and verify supporting documents for each petition.
• Act as liaison between clients and the legal team, translating needs into technical documentation.
• Conduct regular video meetings to provide status updates and gather additional data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in case management, operations analysis, customer success, or similar process‑intensive roles.
• Strong ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously with high urgency.
• Excellent written and spoken English for communication with international clients.
• Organizational excellence and proactive problem‑solving mindset.
