Marketing & Training Officer (Hybrid)

About the role

Princeton Assessments and Training, Inc. is seeking a full‑time Marketing and Training Officer to work on a hybrid basis in Makati. The role blends the creation and delivery of training programs with the promotion of the company’s language assessment services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and manage training programs for individuals and corporate clients.
• Analyse training needs, evaluate program effectiveness and produce customized learning plans.
• Facilitate engaging workshops and create educational content.
• Lead external communication initiatives to promote services and increase brand awareness.
• Ensure all activities align with organisational goals and market positioning.

Required profile

• Strong background in Training & Development and employee training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven analytical ability to assess training needs and measure outcomes.
• Knowledge of the education and language‑assessment industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid (on‑site and remote) environment.
