Automotive Receptionist – Remote Independent Contractor

About the role

We are looking for a professional Automotive Receptionist to work remotely as an independent contractor. You will be the first point of contact for dealership customers, handling inbound calls, providing vehicle and service information, and scheduling appointments through our CRM system.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and deliver accurate information about vehicles, features, pricing, and services.
• Schedule and confirm service or sales appointments directly in the Dealer Center CRM.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of all interactions and appointments within the CRM.
• Provide a consistently positive caller experience that reflects the dealership’s brand.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and follow‑ups on customer requests.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a receptionist, call‑center, or customer‑service role, preferably in automotive or sales.
• Clear, neutral English accent suitable for the US market.
• Strong attention to detail when logging information and scheduling.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of calls.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Dealer Center.
• Experience using RingCentral or similar phone systems.
