Associate Lawyer

About the role

We are a growing law firm in Libis, Quezon City seeking a motivated Junior Associate to support our diverse practice areas. This position is ideal for a newly admitted Philippine Bar member who wants hands‑on experience across corporate, labor, intellectual property and litigation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in corporate and commercial matters such as entity formation, SEC compliance, board resolutions, contract drafting and due diligence.
• Provide labor and employment compliance advice and support.
• Prepare and file trademark applications, manage IP portfolios and draft licensing agreements.
• Handle documentation and regulatory filings, including property transfer paperwork.
• Support occasional litigation tasks as required.

Required profile

• Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing.
• 0–2 years of post‑admission experience (newly admitted lawyers welcome).
• Strong attention to detail and solid legal writing and research abilities.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Genuine interest in commercial law and desire to grow with the firm.
