Account Manager – Marketing & Events

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive the delivery of marketing and event projects. The role is based in Manila and requires immediate availability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, service and retain client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and growth.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, graphic artists, writers and consultants to execute campaigns.
• Conceptualise, plan and produce virtual, in‑person and hybrid events, videos and other below‑the‑line marketing initiatives.
• Oversee all project details including concept, theme, script, artwork, entertainment and logistics.
• Develop and present proposals, decks and the company portfolio to existing and prospective clients.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in account management or a related marketing role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a capacity to manage multiple projects independently.
• Flexibility to adapt schedule to business demands and willingness to work onsite in Manila.
