Senior Manager for Operations (Card Servicing)

About the role

Capital One Philippines is seeking a Senior Manager for Operations (Card Servicing) to lead a complex, mid‑to‑large sized operation covering areas such as anti‑money laundering, back‑office processing, collections, fraud/disputes, servicing, technical training, quality, workforce management, reporting, analytics and development operations. The role will set strategy, drive performance and build a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a long‑term vision, strategy and plans for the Card Servicing sub‑function.
• Own overall operational output, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Institutionalize management practices that create accountability across all layers.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and foster a culture of problem‑solving.
• Build, develop and engage a high‑performing team, handling hiring, performance and talent management in partnership with HR.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Shared Services and US stakeholders to align day‑to‑day operations.
• May rotate across related sub‑functions such as AML investigations, credit bureau dispute handling, collections and fraud/dispute resolution.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing large, multi‑disciplinary operations in the financial services sector.
• Strong track record of setting strategy, driving operational performance and delivering continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams and to work collaboratively with cross‑functional partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
