Senior Cabinet Vision Draftsperson / Cabinet Designer

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Cabinet Vision Draftsperson / Cabinet Designer to work remotely from the Philippines for an Australian joinery and cabinetry business. The role is full‑time under an independent contractor agreement, with a flexible schedule that aligns with Australian business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings and production‑ready outputs using Cabinet Vision.
• Design cabinetry and joinery layouts based on client briefs, inspiration images, or empty‑space concepts.
• Communicate directly with Australian clients about layouts, materials, colours, finishes, appliances and functional requirements.
• Generate accurate CNC nesting files and manufacturing‑ready documentation for factory production.
• Interpret architectural drawings to translate design intent into buildable solutions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with Cabinet Vision and senior‑level drafting.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage client interactions.
• Strong understanding of Australian joinery standards and production workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Willingness to work full‑time as an independent contractor.
