Marketing Manager – Growth & Pipeline

About the role

We are a fast‑scaling creative production and CMS web development company seeking a data‑driven Marketing Manager to own our inbound and outbound lead acquisition pipeline. You will be responsible for turning marketing spend into qualified booked calls and ensuring high attendance rates for sales appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise a monthly paid‑advertising budget of over 1,000,000 PHP across core channels to generate qualified booked calls.
• Manage data‑scraping routines and list‑building infrastructure to create high‑quality B2B prospect lists for automated nurture sequences and outbound campaigns.
• Monitor, test and improve booking sequences, reminder automations and follow‑up cadences to maintain a high sales‑call show‑up rate.
• Collaborate with a 25‑person creative team to produce ad assets and split‑test landing pages within 24 hours.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven digital‑marketing experience, preferably in a creative agency or subscription‑model environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot funnel drops and implement rapid fixes.
• Track record of managing paid‑ad channels, building high‑converting lead funnels and running automated outreach systems.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel).
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and tracking pixels.
• Familiarity with B2B lead‑scraping tools.
• Paid‑advertising campaign management.
• Lead‑funnel construction and optimisation.
