Intermediate Graphic Designer

About the role

Beepo is looking for an Intermediate Graphic Designer to join its creative team in Clark, Pampanga. This hybrid, day‑shift position will support a fast‑paced production environment, delivering high‑quality visual assets for packaging, catalogues, digital and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Produce multi‑format design outputs across packaging, catalogue, digital and retail environments.
• Translate creative briefs into structured, production‑ready solutions.
• Execute packaging artwork for multiple SKUs with accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare files for print, digital and in‑store production according to specifications.
• Maintain quality, consistency and attention to detail across all deliverables.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently across design iterations.
• Manage several workstreams simultaneously in a high‑volume setting.
• Ensure all outputs meet brand, product and production standards.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver aligned creative solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency or in‑house environment.
• Strong product and packaging design background with end‑to‑end retail production knowledge.
• Experience delivering packaging, catalogue and multi‑channel assets.
• Ability to work within structured workflows and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Monday.com or similar workflow tools.
• Comfortable using AI‑enabled content creation tools and adapting to evolving AI technologies.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of packaging formats, dielines and print production.
• Monday.com (or comparable workflow management platform).
• AI‑enabled content creation tools.
