Healthcare Cold Caller – Remote Appointment Setter

About the role

We are looking for a confident, results‑driven Healthcare Cold Caller to join our remote team. You will engage with doctors’ offices and medical providers, setting appointments and qualifying leads for our sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Call healthcare providers and medical offices using an assigned Excel spreadsheet/database.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine and improve call scripts.
• Qualify leads, identify potential opportunities, and document all interactions in Salesforce.
• Transfer qualified accounts and opportunities to the Sales Manager.
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication during all outbound calls.
• Achieve daily and weekly call volume and lead‑qualification targets.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English with a professional American accent.
• Previous cold‑calling, appointment‑setting, or healthcare outreach experience preferred.
• Comfortable speaking with doctors’ offices and healthcare professionals.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and goal‑oriented.
• Female VA preferred.
