About the role
The Duty Manager will lead daily hotel operations at Seda Hotels in Makati, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth coordination across all departments.
Key responsibilities
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Supervise front office activities and staff.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments for seamless service delivery.
- Manage emergencies and unexpected issues, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
- Assist in staff training and development to maintain service excellence.
Required profile
- Proven experience in hotel operations, guest relations, and front office management.
- Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and emergency management abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with hospitality software systems and basic administrative tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Experience in upscale or luxury hotels is a plus.
