Digital Delivery & Release Lead

About the role

The Digital Delivery & Release Lead will drive the delivery of digital solutions that support the firm’s strategic objectives. Reporting to Business Solutions, you will own key relationships, oversee project preparation, delivery, and reporting, and mentor a distributed delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure successful implementation of digital projects, features, and enhancements while meeting quality standards.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, provide advisory solutions, and present actionable insights.
• Coach and develop team members, manage performance, and support cultural initiatives.
• Promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and resolution of complex technical issues.
• Oversee onboarding, sprint planning, stand‑ups, and collaboration to improve delivery metrics.
• Manage the digital delivery lifecycle, align with global policies, and conduct technical and information‑security risk assessments.
• Identify automation opportunities to achieve cost and time efficiencies across the portfolio.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience delivering software application projects.
• Proven leadership experience in digital delivery initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
