About the role

Join a fast‑growing SEO team focused on AI‑driven search strategies. As an AI SEO Management Trainee you will gain hands‑on experience developing topical maps, creating content, and applying technical SEO tools to improve performance across multiple Southeast Asian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build topical maps for target keywords.
• Create, edit, and syndicate long‑form SEO content.
• Apply technical SEO methods and automation tools to streamline workflows.
• Analyze performance data using Excel or Google Sheets and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑cultural teammates in Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Required profile

• Recent undergraduate degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Background in engineering, math, science, or linguistics is preferred.
• Excellent English speaking and writing abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to work hard.
• Interest in AI and its impact on search.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
