Web Developer & AI Search Specialist

About the role

We are building a fast‑moving marketing and web team to launch and scale online presences for window‑film and glass shops across the United States. The role blends hands‑on web development with modern SEO and AI‑search optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and launch clean, responsive, ultra‑fast WordPress sites using Elementor or similar CMS frameworks.
• Apply HTML/CSS tweaks to customise templates and ensure rapid project turn‑arounds.
• Implement technical SEO: schema/structured data, Core Web Vitals, page‑speed optimisation and crawlability.
• Set up and optimise Google Business Profiles and local citations to improve map‑pack rankings.
• Optimise content and site architecture for AI‑driven answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) to secure local recommendations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience building WordPress sites and managing SEO.
• Strong portfolio of clean, mobile‑friendly WordPress/Elementor projects.
• Solid command of HTML/CSS for code adjustments.
• Proven knowledge of technical SEO (schema markup, site speed, architecture).
• Active interest or experience in Generative Engine Optimisation (AEO/GEO).
