Visual Display and Design Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Visual Display and Design Officer to lead the visual identity of our shopping malls. The role involves creating, implementing and maintaining design aesthetics that align with the company’s brand and operational needs. You will collaborate with mall operations teams to ensure visual solutions enhance the shopper experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop visual display concepts and design solutions for mall environments, ensuring they reflect the latest trends and brand guidelines.
• Manage product development and oversee the execution of design projects from inception through installation, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate AVID and other project management activities, maintaining schedules, documentation, and progress tracking.
• Control budgets for display installations, preparing cost estimates, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring projects stay within financial limits.
• Provide design recommendations that support operational requirements, safety standards, and the overall brand image of the company.
• Handle administrative functions related to design projects, including filing, reporting, and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Strong eye for visual aesthetics and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple mall locations.
• Proven capability to work within budget constraints while delivering high‑quality visual solutions.
• Excellent coordination and project management skills, with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to be based at the Head Office in MOA Square, Pasay City, and travel to supervised malls as needed.
