Visa Operations Manager – Travel & Tours

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Visa Operations Manager to lead our visa processing department within the travel and tours sector. The role involves ensuring operational excellence, compliance with international visa regulations, and delivering top‑notch service to clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end visa processing operations and departmental workflow.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve visa policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with embassy, consular, and international visa requirements.
• Lead and manage supervisors, team leaders, and visa processing staff.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive process improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with embassies, consulates, and external partners.
• Handle complex client concerns, escalations, and strategic operational planning.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is an advantage.
• 5–8 years of experience in visa processing, travel operations, or travel management.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and operations.
• Strong knowledge of global visa requirements and documentation processes.
• Excellent decision‑making, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.
