Virtual Assistant Team Lead – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Virtual Assistant Team Lead based in the Philippines to own outcomes for our client partnerships. As an Account Lead you will coach a roster of 15‑20 virtual assistants, ensure high client satisfaction and drive the growth of Magic’s remote workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 15‑20 virtual assistants across multiple international clients.
• Conduct daily stand‑ups, video calls and real‑time coaching to maintain performance.
• Create and track development plans, performance metrics and SOPs for key EA functions.
• Manage client relationships, run video meetings, optimise workflows and handle escalations.
• Monitor tool usage and metrics in HubSpot, Slack, Discord, Cloudtalk, ChatGPT, Google Workspace and Penthouse.
• Coordinate billing queries with the finance team and submit daily Account Lead Pulse reports.

• Excellent communication and ability to have hard conversations promptly.
