Travel Operations Manager

About the role

The Travel Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day travel function in our Manila office, ensuring seamless booking, reservation and ticketing services for a diverse client base, including high‑profile and executive travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily travel operations, covering reservations, ticketing and overall booking management.
• Handle complex and VIP travel arrangements, ensuring high‑priority and executive bookings are executed flawlessly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines and other travel partners.
• Lead and coach the operations team to achieve service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics, service levels and key indicators, driving continuous improvement.
• Resolve escalations, operational issues and client concerns promptly.
• Implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or a related field.
• Significant experience in travel‑agency operations, ticketing and reservations.
• Proven leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience with VIP or corporate travel accounts is a plus.
