About the role

eFlexervices is seeking a highly motivated Travel Agent to deliver premium, high‑touch travel experiences for VIP and leisure clients, primarily supporting operations in Japan. The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, proactive, and detail‑oriented, capable of crafting personalized itineraries from scratch and engaging clients through social media content.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build customized end‑to‑end travel itineraries for VIP and leisure travelers.
• Research, plan, and book flights, accommodations, transfers, tours, and special requests.
• Use Sabre or other GDS platforms to issue tickets, manage reservations, and handle queues.
• Anticipate client needs, resolve potential travel issues proactively, and manage itinerary modifications or last‑minute changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless travel coordination and premium service delivery.
• Stay updated on travel regulations, destination requirements, and industry trends.
• Support or create travel‑related social media content to boost client engagement and brand presence.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive customer information.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling VIP clients and leisure travel bookings.
• Demonstrated ability to create fully customized itineraries from scratch.
• Experience with Sabre or other booking platforms.
• Strong knowledge of global destinations and travel trends.
• Background in social media management or travel content creation.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a professional, warm communication style.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
