Technical Product Manager – Card Processing

About the role

Salmon is building a licensed card processing platform in Southeast Asia. As a Technical Product Manager you will lead the integration of issuance, management, authorization and clearing systems, ensuring a smooth migration to the new model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the migration to a licensed card processing model, covering issuance, personalization, authorization and settlement.
• Design, implement and own integrations with the card issuance bureau and personalization services.
• Manage end‑to‑end card management flows and authorization processing integrations.
• Develop and maintain clearing flow integrations and ensure accurate settlement and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance and operations teams to launch new integrations from scratch.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as a System Analyst, preferably in fintech or banking.
• Hands‑on experience with payment services and a solid understanding of acquirers, issuers and payment ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of microservice architecture and system design.
• Proven ability to design APIs and build integrations from the ground up.
• Excellent SQL skills and experience troubleshooting production incidents.
