Tax Manager - Client Accounting Services (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead our Client Accounting Services team. The role combines tax compliance, payroll, bookkeeping and advisory work while offering hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute client engagements across tax compliance, payroll, bookkeeping, cash management and statutory reporting.
• Drive business development initiatives to identify and pursue new opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Provide statutory audit assistance and prepare statutory financial statements.
• Coach and develop team members through performance management, training and in‑house education programs.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• Minimum seven years of experience in tax compliance, accounting and payroll services, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong project management and coordination abilities.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
