Systems Analyst – Tariffs Platform

About the role

Salmon is building a unified tariff, cashback, and premium banking system for its fast‑growing fintech platform in Southeast Asia. As a Systems Analyst you will design and own the master tariff service that currently lives fragmented across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design the technical architecture for a single tariff master system, replacing dispersed logic.
• Own the Cashback and Tariffs Service stream end‑to‑end, from discovery through release.
• Coordinate dependencies with credit‑card, deposit, and premium banking teams.
• Migrate existing tariffs into the new master system and define the subscription entity.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation in Confluence and enforce DOR/DOD standards.
• Communicate progress transparently, surfacing risks early.

Required profile

• Experience as a systems or business analyst in fintech or banking product teams.
• Strong systems thinking and comfort with ambiguity.
• Proven ability to design API contracts and integration specifications.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira and Confluence.
• Self‑driven ownership of technical problems with high visibility.
