System Operations & Maintenance Manager

About the role

The System O&M Manager will lead the planning, development, coordination and integration of maintenance and asset management requirements for railway systems. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures operational readiness, trial operations and commercial launch of the MMSP and NSCR concessions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve railway system maintenance requirements for operational readiness, trial and commercial phases.
• Develop high‑level Maintenance Plans for MMSP and NSCR, including supplemental guidelines with input from system, rolling stock and infrastructure experts.
• Identify maintenance and asset management strategies, resource needs and competency requirements for concessionaires.
• Support the O&M Integration Manager in preparing the MMSP Interoperation Plan.
• Coordinate with O&M Program Managers and Railway Operation Manager to ensure maintenance readiness prior to commercial operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in railway or large‑scale transport system operations and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of asset management principles and maintenance planning.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including concessionaires, engineers and program managers.
