Supply Chain Intern

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is offering a Supply Chain Internship in Manila. This role provides hands‑on exposure to procurement processes and ERP systems while supporting the organization’s migration‑related programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the procurement team with day‑to‑day tasks.
• Gain exposure to ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems used for supply chain management.
• Support the preparation of procurement documents and reports.
• Participate in training sessions on governing principles and strategy.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within the last year) in Procurement, Management, Business/Public Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and oral.
• Age between 20 and 36 years.
• Computer literate with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio.
