Student Affairs Officer

About the role

CIIT is looking for a Student Affairs Officer to coordinate and implement student engagement, leadership, wellness, and campus life programs. The role supports a vibrant student experience and works closely with student councils, academic units, and external stakeholders in Quezon City.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver student engagement, leadership, wellness, and campus life initiatives.
• Advise and support the Student Council and recognized student organizations in planning and evaluating activities.
• Organize orientations, assemblies, leadership programs, workshops, surveys, and other development initiatives.
• Manage student affairs communications and liaise with faculty, academic units, and external partners to address student concerns.
• Process compliance requirements for off‑campus activities in line with CHED and LGU guidelines.
• Monitor student concerns, ensure timely resolution, and prepare reports and program evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Student Affairs, Student Services, Campus Engagement, or a related role, preferably in higher education.
• Proven experience advising student organizations and coordinating student programs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering student‑centered service.
